Have you ever received a random act of kindness? Maybe somebody let you into traffic after you had been waiting and WAITING, or hesitated at a door or elevator and held it open for you? Maybe a neighbor or a friend brought you some cookies or some homemade soup when you were a little under the weather. Or maybe someone stopped when you were having car trouble or you just "looked lost" and they offered to help. Do you remember how you felt?

More importantly, have you ever performed a random act of kindness? And do you remember how that felt? Would you like to feel that way every day? Well, those of us in Random Acts of Kindness do!! You see, we have all committed to spend at least five miutes a day randomly going to sites on the Internet spreading kindness. We might leave a little graphic wish in the guestbook or send a card to someone. If we hear of someone who is in special need of a little "cheer" we do that, too.

If this sounds like something you'd like to be a part of, come on over and find out more! Random Acts of Kindness ~ it's not just a webring. . .

"There is no better exercise for your heart than reaching down and helping to lift someone up." ~Bernard Meltzer~

Thank you for this special TLC Committee honor, Nick!

"They say you can't smile without cheering yourself up a little. Likewise, you can't commit a random act of kindness without feeling as if your own troubles have been lightened, if only because the world has become a slightly better place." ~Adair Lara~

I had to adopt this cute little guy. Wouldn't you?

There's a wonderful, mystical law of nature that three things we crave most in life ~ happiness, freedom, and peace of mind ~ are always attained by giving them to someone else. . .

I was honored to have received this award!

The most important things in life. . .aren't things

I am proud to belong to these RAOK committees!
